We want to be explicit about what we do and do not provide. Our work is intentionally limited to property support and maintenance services described on this website.

Scope statement

First Class Property Services provides attic, cleanout, hauling, outdoor-maintenance, and moving-labor services. We do not provide plumbing, electrical, HVAC, gas, structural, roofing, or other regulated trade work.

Licensing position

We do not perform and do not represent that we have licensing for any regulated trade work outside the services listed on our website. If a request includes unlisted work, we may advise you and refer you to a qualified licensed professional.

This includes, without limitation, tasks involving:

• plumbing systems
• electrical systems
• HVAC and gas servicing
• structural alterations
• roofing and related envelope repair
• specialized remediation or hazardous material handling

Referral protocol

If you request a service outside our scope or license position, we will stop work on that portion and provide clear notice before scheduling or continuing.
