By using this website or submitting a request, you agree that all service planning and coordination happens through the scope and process described on this website and any property agreement confirmed in writing afterward.

These terms explain how we coordinate estimates and service planning for Kansas City metro jobs. Submitting the form is an inquiry only and does not create a signed work contract.

Service scope and scope boundaries

Services are completed within the scope requested and agreed in the estimate. Some tasks may require additional coordination if access, specialty materials, or safety restrictions are present.

The services described and offered online are intentionally limited to non-hazardous support work for cleanup, maintenance, and moving labor. This includes the areas listed on our service pages and does not include any service that requires a separate trade license or permits we do not provide.

License-related disclosure

We do not provide plumbing, electrical, HVAC, gas, structural, roofing, or other regulated trade work. If a request involves conditions outside our stated scope, such as materials or systems requiring licensed, permitting, or specialized handling, we stop, document the limitation, and refer you to a qualified professional.

We also include this exact scope statement in our service language: "First Class Property Services provides attic, cleanout, hauling, outdoor-maintenance, and moving-labor services. We do not provide plumbing, electrical, HVAC, gas, structural, roofing, or other regulated trade work."

No pricing promises

This site does not list fixed public prices. Any estimate is provided after review of the property details and does not become a binding agreement until confirmed.
